Visiting this resort had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the staff was quite polite, and the cleanliness of the swimming area was appreciated. However, the dining experience was disappointing, and the condition of the game room was far from acceptable. Overall, it seems this place has potential but definitely needs some improvements, especially in maintenance and food quality.
We faced a lot of issues with the rooms, including a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The second room we were moved to had its own issues, but it did offer a decent location with a view of the surrounding area.
While the staff tried to be helpful, the overall service experience was frustrating, especially when they couldn't locate our booking initially and seemed overwhelmed.
The resort is nestled in greenery, which is nice, but it's tucked away and difficult to find due to poor lighting and lack of signage on the way to the resort.
Unfortunately, the meals were quite disappointing; the lunch we had was not up to par and left us wanting more options for better quality.
The facilities, particularly the game room and the swimming pool, really need urgent attention. It was disheartening to see broken equipment in the game room and dirty conditions in the pool.
